Could be made from one of the many abandon political signs?
Some of those large political signs are abandon and left standing for years after the election is over. So you could look at it as re-purposing litter.
Theft is Theft, but there comes a time when things that serve no purpose become litter, and I'm pretty sure that there's no law against removing litter from public lands (an act that is generally encouraged).
Here's yet another use for litter...
Homeless or emergency shelter
You can buy the stuff, sometimes get it given to you, or even gather materials by savaging litter... Pick up, pitch in, help make the world a better place.

It is pointless to "spam" the site anyhow, as the search engines will not pick up on links from the forums. Search engines will pick up my hard coded ads though.
You are as anonymous as you want to be on this site provided you use the right tools, and depending on the information you share here. For example: If you post your real name, address, etc... then anonmity is impossible no matter what tools you use.
