  2. Here's my basic estimate of burn time..

In a can the radius / diameter of a potted meat can..

    Initial estimates are:

    473 ml = 1 pt
    burn rate 1 ml = 1 min +

    473 minutes = 7.8833 hours

Sorry if you don't understand this.. it's only for my notes.

  3. So this seems to work in small amounts.
12 ml will burn between 10 and 12 minutes.
Test mixture was 4 ml alcohol to 8 ml soy wax.

Made 10 times this amount and only achieved a 5 min burn time.

    ??

Initial mixture burned completely with a little expected black residue/gum stuck to the bottom of the can.

10 X mixture seems to have separated the alcohol from the wax...leaving a large amount of wax in the bottom of the can.

    ???
